Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where can I sign up for a LPGA Golf 101 Program? 

You can sign up under the “Find Your Program” tab on the website. From there find your state, then which program is closest to you. You can contact the site director with their email listed. They will provide you with the information you need to get started.

2. What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring along clubs unless the instructor has a rental set you can borrow. Golf balls and other equipment will be provided for your use. Please confirm with your instructor about rental clubs.

3. Who do I need to pay?

Pay the instructor when you arrive for the first lesson. Your instructor will let you know ahead of time the total price, but make sure you have your payment ready before you start your first lesson in the program.

4. How can I find out more information before taking the program?

On the LPGA Golf 101 website, click on the “Program Details” tab (under “About” section). There you will find an intro video to each lesson and what you will be learning while you are in the program.

5. What golf attire should I wear?

Suggested attire is a collared shirt, shorts, skirt, skort or pants and either golf or tennis shoes.  If you have further questions about golf attire contact your instructor for clarification.

6. Is this a group thing or individual? 

LPGA Golf 101 is meant for both!  If you are an individual looking to learn to play the game or you would like to learn with your friends we have a program for you!
